| 补充说明 | Visited their office last March 2, 2020 -Visited the main office of Emmanuel Dexian GenCon in Naic Cavite with Mr. Gilber Martinez. Meeting with the HR Manager, Mr. William. We have discussed our company profile, product line, ordering sytem, terms of payment, and ordering timeline. Per client, their on going projects are more on housing, the village name is Pagsibol Village which is composed of approximately 80 units, 2 storey residentials, warehouse and container van in Laguna. They have also an on-going negotiation for a housing project and high rise building in Bacolod City. The client is very interested with our company. He referred us to his boss, Mr. Dexter. The owner of the company is also interested to be our local distributor. Upon discussion and client review with our products, he requested for the price of our container van.He is planning to use it with his project to convert and build it to a house. He showed us designs of houses made and build from container van. He also requested the price list of all ADTO products as soon as possible, so they can check and send us their requirements for quotation once they have reviewed our price list. Next step is to coordinate with Mr. Eagle and with the point persons for each product where I can get the updated price lists. Quotation sent last March 12, 2020 - Per client, he requested for the meeting after the COVID-19 Pandemic. For now he want to focus to their safety especially his family. | ||
