| 补充说明 | Visited the door August 3, 2020: Visited their office to introduce our company and propose our products especially the phenolic board. As discussed, we are a manufacturer in China and we are looking for exclusive distributors. We can assure them that their company can save more or less 50% if they purchase to us than the local supplier. We can also print their own logo for free as their brand to be catered here in the Philippines once they availed our 2*40HQ container or equivalent of 2000pcs for 18mm or ¾ inch. As she have mentioned, aside from being a general contractor, their company is planning to put up a local warehouse where they can possibly store the items if they consider being one of our distributors. As discussed, just in case their company won’t be able to meet our minimum order quantity with the free printed logo, they may purchase our 1*20GP container which is equivalent of 500 – 600 pcs or 1*40HQ container which equivalent of 1000pcs as a start-up when they are decide to be our distributor. We agreed to left her our product manual brochure for product checking and to send her our price list and also to send quotation for 2*40HQ 3-4 usage 18mm x 4ft x 8ft for their reference. We also agreed that we will help them to dispose their stock by referring our clients to them with urgent requirements. The client will give me an update about their planning to be one of our distributors and the schedule of our next meeting and to bring our sample of phenolic board as well. | ||
