| 补充说明 | REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - FORMWORK Hi Sir / Ms, We would appreciate for you to quote an economical cost for the plastic / aluminum formwork for our housing development. 1. Basically, these housing units are of low cost development, one story type. 2. We have 3 model types. We are still in process in finalizing the design. 3. However, in order for us to compare cost of formwork types (alum, plastic, steel, phenolic, plywood) we are assessing cost at the moment (capital and long term usages). 4. The basic model (studio type - no wall partition except for toilet & bath) will have 2 -3 windows (900mm H x 1200mm W and small window for T&B 600mm x 600mm), 3 doors (800m W x 2100mm H, 700mm W x 2100mm H & 650mm W x 2100mm H). 5. House dimension say 4000mm x 6000mm rectangular type. Floor area = 24m2 6. Ledges (thin 50mm thick) above doors (600mmW x 900mmL), windows (2x300x1300mm & 300mm x 700mm). 7. Floor to ceiling height : 2800mm 8. Roof Truss system : Gable, one slope 10 degrees to rear, eaves 900mm at rear, with roof flushing sheet at sides of parapet wall. 9. Parapet wall 800mm +- above ceiling height, for 3 sides, with concrete capping (100mm+75+50 = 225mm width). 10. And from these info, we have estimated a wall area for the formwork at: a. (6000+900)x 2 sides wall + 4000mm front wall + (2500 x 2 + 1200mm wall for toilet & bath) b. Total wall length 24000mm (24meters) c. Windows openings = (3 x 1200 x 900) + (600x600) = 3.60m2 d. Door openings = (2 x 800 x 2100) + (1 x 650 x 2100) = 4.60m2 e. Total formwork covered 24000 x (2800+800) - (800x4000) - 3600 - 4600 = 75m2 approx. Single detached house unit. 11. This unit type will be symmetrically designed to become a duplex house. 12. Hence, there will a common wall at the middle. 13. Total double faced formworks = 75m2 x 2 units - common wall 25.2m2 = 124.80m2 14. Drawings are not available yet. Hopefully the above info can give us some cost indication. For your early reply.
