| 补充说明 | My first visit to their office was last January 6, 2020 - Introduced our company and proposed our products to thelogistic dead Mr. Angelito Saura. Dream Builders on going projects are Housing in Calamba and Theresa Rizal, Mid-Rise Building in Commonwealth, and 2 Tower in Taguig City. Mr. Lito requested for the quotation of 1 container of each usage of phenolic board 18mmx4ftx8ft, and if we can also supply plastic coating. He requested for the quotation of G.I and B.I pipes, aluminum formwork, and scaffoldings. I also asked about the details of their requirement but he insisted me to quote him all our products and just indicate the details so he can help me get orders from his company. Mr. Lito also requested me to send to him thru email our products lines and brochure, and to bring the actual sample of all our products. The requested quotation sent to Mr. Lito last January 17, 2020. He requested me to visit their office to bring the actual sample or to conduct product presentation. My 2nd visit was to present the sample of phenolic board last January 23, 2020 - Due to emergency meeting of Mr. Lito, he introduced and referred me to their formworks engineer Engr. Alyssa. Before we proceed to my product presentation, Engr. Alyssa doesn’t have any idea about our company and other products, so I introduced to her first our company and products. Afterthe presentation, I discussed to her the prices, difference of the samples I presented and the quotation i sent, since she have no idea about it, she told me that she will relay all to Mr. Lito. They will test our phenolic board and advise me soon for the update if our phenolic board will be passed / approved. She also asked me about the details and price list of aluminum formworks, and if we have a technical engineer / form works engineer for product presentation and if ever they will order to us the aluminum formworks, are we going to assist them on the 1st day of installation? Next step, follow-up Mr. Lito about the status of the test of phenolic board, and gather the information about technical details, price list, and sample of aluminum formworks for Engr. Alyssa’s concern. I called Mr. Lito last January 28, 2020 and almost every to follow the status of our proposal. Last January 31, 2020, Mr. Lito asked me again if we can provide them a small quantity like 200-300pcs.for their project, he asking me if we have a local distributor or ready stock here so they can order their urgent requirements. At this moment i am trying to call them to follow up them if they have already requirements that fits to our minimum order. Per client, they will call me once they have a requirements. They are requested me if possible the ADTO to hae a local warehouse where they can order their urgent requirements. | ||
